Losing Body Weight is not just Fat!

Make sure you reduce enough weight correctly. Basically body weight has 3 areas, this is my current body weight condition

  1. Body Fat = 26.7%. Should reduce 3.5%
  2. Water = 50.2%. Should increase 5%
  3. Muscle Mass = 36.9%. Should increase 2%

All these measurement can be obtained from any weighting analysis machine which i just bought recently. My BMR = 1,719 Calories/day
